SMOKE MALT




 LATROBE




 Our smoke malts are created using the traditional
 method of imparting smoke at the end of germination
 and applying it right throughout the ‘free dry’ kilning
 phase. We smoke over local mediums including a range   Heavy Red Gum Smoke Malt
 of native timbers sourced from sustainable forests and
 walnut shells from nearby orchards.
 Available in both Cold(Light) Smoke and Hot(Heavy)
