agricultural practices right here on our own farm. We also Melbourne
source grain from local, small, independent growers just
like us.
We specialise in hand crafting these grains into specialty,
high quality malts made exclusively for craft brewers and
distillers at our Malthouse here in Whitton, in the heart
of Riverina/Murrumbidgee Irrigation Area in New South
Wales, Australia
